Great changes has taken place in middle school teaching in the perspective of harmonious cooperative culture：teacher development changes from competition to cooperation and teacher role pays more attention to professional adjustment and monitoring; students form groups and cooperate in learning for a better learning and team spirit; and the implementation of goal orientation,assessment scheme and five-step teaching procedures make classroom teaching more suitable for the rules of students＇ learning and development.
