摘要
"和合文化"理念下的中学教学发生了较大的变革,教师成长从竞争文化向合作文化转变,教师角色更注重专业调控;学生通过小组创建,合作学习,更具学习力,也更具团队精神;而目标导引、学习评价方案、五环节教学程序的实施,使"和合文化"理念下的课堂更能遵循学生学习和发展的规律。
Great changes has taken place in middle school teaching in the perspective of harmonious cooperative culture:teacher development changes from competition to cooperation and teacher role pays more attention to professional adjustment and monitoring; students form groups and cooperate in learning for a better learning and team spirit; and the implementation of goal orientation,assessment scheme and five-step teaching procedures make classroom teaching more suitable for the rules of students' learning and development.
