摘要
小课题俱乐部是南京市长平路小学以小课题研究为纽带组织起来的一种校本化的非制度化组织。小课题俱乐部通过"小课题"、"小项目"、"小团队"、"小讲坛"、"小沙龙"等载体,有效地优化了校本研修方式,提高了课题研究质量,促进了教师专业成长。
Small project club is a school-based non-institutionalized organization which is designed for small project research by Nanjing Changping Road Primary School.It uses such vehicles as small projects,small programs,small teams,small forums and small salons to effectively optimize the ways of school-based research and training,improve the quality of project research,and promote teachers' professional development.
