Curriculum leadership is the focus of headmaster＇s roles and the essential task of headmaster＇s core competence and professional development.Headmasters should strive to strengthen their curriculum leadership from these aspects of changing curriculum ideas,grasping educational disciplines,and highlighting the work emphases so that they can improve their own professional levels.
