摘要
目的利用实验小型猪建立烧伤模型,为烧伤新药药效评价提供参考。方法用3%凝固汽油,通过严格控制燃烧时间建立农大Ⅲ系实验小型猪烧伤模型,结合肉眼观察与病理学检测方法进行评价,考察凝固汽油燃烧时间与致伤深度的关系。结果使用农大Ⅲ系实验小型猪,持续燃烧5~10 s时为浅Ⅱ度烧伤;15~20 s可达深Ⅱ度;25~35 s属深Ⅱ~Ⅲ度混合型烧伤;40 s以上为Ⅲ度烧伤。结论成功建立了用于新药药效研究的实验小型猪烧伤模型。
Objective To establish a standard burn model on experimental miniature pigs for evaluation of the effect of burn medicines. Methods 3% napalm was used as the burning material on the back skin of a Nongda miniature pig( Ⅲ type). The burning time was strictly controlled to make different burning depth of wounds. The relationship between burning time and burning depth of wounds was evaluated by combining visual observation with pathological detection. Results There was a close relationship between the burning time and burning depth of wounds on experimental pigs. The superficial second-degree burn injury was achieved by controlling the burning time for 5 s and 10 s,and 15 s and 20 s were for the deep second-degree burn injury,and 25,30 and 35 s were for the hybrid burn injury of deep second-degree and third-degree,while 40,45,50,55 and 60 s were for the third-degree burn injury,respectively. Conclusion A standard burn model is established on experimental Nongda miniature pigs( Ⅲ type),which can be used to evaluate the effect of burn medicines.
