体外震波碎石结合硫酸镁治疗输尿管结石疗效

Curative effect of extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy combined with magnesium sulfate in treating ureteral calculus

目的探析输尿管结石进行体外震波碎石与硫酸镁联合治疗的临床效果观察。方法人选我院2013年9月至2014年9月输尿管结石患者90例,根据随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组,每组45例,研究组进行体外震波碎石与硫酸镁联合治疗,对照组体外震波碎石+中药治疗,观察比较两组的临床效果及其输卵管上、中、下段排出结石时间。结果研究组的临床有效率为93.4%,显著高于对照组的68.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的上段、中段、下段的排出结石时间显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管结石进行体外震波碎石与硫酸镁联合治疗,可显著提高患者排出结石时间,临床效果确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy combined with magnesium sulfate in treating ureteral calculus.Methods 90 patients with ureteral calculus treated in our hospital during September 2013 and September 2014 were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group,45 cases in each group.The research group adopted the extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy combined with magnesium sulfate.However,control group adopted extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy combined with Chinese herbs.To observe the clinical effect and stone expulsion timeof the two groups and compared.Results The clinical effective rate of research group（93.4%） was significantly higher than that of control group（68.9%）（P〈0.05）.The eradication time of upper,middle and lower ureteral calculus of research group was significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy combined with Magnesium Sulfate has an obvious clinical effect on ureteral calculus and can significantly improve the eradication time.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
