米非司酮联合阴道超声引导对减少人工流产并发症效果分析

Analysis on effect ofMifepristone combined with vaginal ultrasound guiding in reducing artificial abortion associatedcomplications

目的研究米非司酮联合阴道超声引导对减少人工流产并发症效果。方法选择2011年1月至2013年12月在我院妇产科门诊要求终止妊娠的健康早孕妇女合计200例,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组均有患者100例。观察实验组和对照组人工流产术时间、术中出血量、人工流产综合征以及术后出血、吸宫不全、子宫穿孔、漏吸等手术并发症的发生情况。结果实验组的手术时间和术中出血量均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组发生吸宫不全、漏吸、人流综合征以及总的并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本次研究结果表明,联合使用米非司酮和阴道超声引导下人工流产术,能够缩短手术时间,减少手术创伤,降低手术并发症的发生。

Objective To study the effect of mifepristone combined with vaginal ultrasound on reducing the complications of artificial abortion.Methods This study contained 200 cases of healthy pregnant women who asked for termination in department of obstetrics and gynecologyof our hospital during January2011andDecember2013,and they were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,100 cases in each group.Observed and recordedthe artificial abortion operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,artificial abortion syndrome,bleeding,uterine perforation,incomplete uterine aspiration,suction leaks and other operation complicationof the experimental group and the control group.Results The operation time and bleeding volume in the experimental group were significandy less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.The occurrenceof incomplete uterine aspiration,drain suction,abortion syndrome and the total complication rate of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions The results of this study show that,the combined use of mifepristone and vaginal ultrasound guided artificial abortion,can shorten the operation time,reduce the operation trauma,reduce operation complication.
