理实一体化教学模式在《健康评估》心肺评估教学中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨理实一体化教学模式在《健康评估》课程心肺评估教学中的应用效果。方法按照方便抽样的方法抽取我校2014级护理专科学生(1)班和(2)班共125人为研究对象。随机将两个班进行分组,一组为对照组,另一组为教改组。对照组采取传统教学方法授课,教改组采取理实一体化教学模式。教学结束后,对两组学生采用相同的考核方式,对考核成绩进行统计学分析。结果(1)教改组学生的综合成绩显著优于对照组学生(P<0.01);(2)90.48%的学生赞同理实一体化教学模式,教学评价较好。结论理实一体化教学是一种成效显著的教学模式,学生实践技能和解决临床实际问题的能力显著提高。 Objective To investigate the effect of theory and practice integration in health assessment course of cardiopulmonary assessment.Methods The subject,were 125 students who majoring in nursing,selected from two class of our college by using convenient sampling method.The two classes were grouped randomly,one class was treated as the reform team and the teaching method was theory and practice integration mode,the other class received traditional teaching.The synthetical examination was tested after the completion of teaching task,and the results were analyzed by spss13.0 software.Results The comprehensive scores of the reform team significandy better than the control group.90.48%of the students agreed with the teaching mode of theory and practice integration and evaluated better.Conclusions The integration of theory and practice of teachingis a remarkable teaching mode,and significandy improved students’ practical skills and the ability to solve practical problems of clinical.
