摘要
目的比较本科与全日制专升本护生对临床护理带教能力的认同差异,分析影响其学习动机与积极性的因素异同点,为临床教学提供参考依据。方法采用调查问卷法对某两市共四所综合性三甲医院普通本科护生81人及某学院全日制专升本护生75人进行调查并作对比分析。结果在带教学历的选择(x^2=11.495、P=0.009)、综合素养(x^2=6.253、P=0.012)、有无详细人科介绍(x^2=8.192、P=0.004)以及是否尊重学生(x^2=5.126、P=0.024)四个方面经卡方检验,统计结果具有统计学意义。结论提高临床护理带教的学历、综合素养、给予详细的入科介绍以及师生相互尊重,可提高护生的积极性与学习效率。
Objective To compare the difference of recognition towards clinical nursing instructors’ teaching abilityamong the final year nursing students with diploma and bachelor qualifications,and analyzed the different factors which influenced the students’ study motivation and activation,and provide a reference for clinical teaching.Methods Self- designed questionnaire survey was conducted among 156 undergraduate nursing students for comparing and analysis,while 81 students who undertook clinical practice in four comprehensive threetertiary hospitals from two different cities and 75 full- time students who undertook the course of technology academy to college level of nursing specialty from one nursing school.Results The Chi- square test(x^2 =11.495,P =0.009;X^2 = 6.253,P = 0.012;x^2 = 8.192,P = 0.004;x^2 = 5.126,P =0.024) showed a statistically significant in four aspects which were clinical instructors education background,comprehensive abilities,detailed orientation program,and respect students.Conclusions Improve the clinical nursing instructors’ qualifications and comprehensive abilities,provide a detailed orientation programand improve respect of each other,therefore the nursing students motivation and learning efficiency can be improved.
