使用一次性硅胶吸痰管改良清洁灌肠在老年患者行结肠镜检查前中的应用与效果观察

The application of disposable silica gel suction tube in cleaning enema for elderly patient before the Colonoscopy examination and effectiveness observation

目的使用一次性硅胶吸痰管用于老年患者行清洁灌肠,以提高患者舒适度,减少不良反应发生,提高灌肠临床效果。方法将112例行结肠镜检查的老年患者随机分为对照组与观察组。两组患者在《临床护理技术规范》清洁灌肠的基础上,对照组采用传统一次性肛管行清洁灌肠;观察组取头低足高左侧卧位,采用14号一次性硅胶吸痰管插入直肠20~25 cm行清洁灌肠。就两组老年患者灌肠次数、灌肠时间、灌肠总量及肠道清洁满意度进行比较。结果观察组的灌肠效果显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论使用一次性硅胶吸痰管用于老年患者行清洁灌肠,减少了清洁灌肠次数及灌肠总量、缩短了灌肠时间、提高了影像科对患者肠道清洁满意度,从而减轻了患者痛苦,提高了灌肠临床效果及护士工作效率。

Objective Using disposable silica gel suction tube for cleaning enemafor elderly patients,to improve degree of comfort for patients,reduce adverse reactions,improve the clinical effect of coloclyster.Methods 112 elderly patients,received colonoscopy,were randomly divided into control group and observation group.On the basis of the clinical nursing technical specification ＂ cleaning enema,the control group using the traditional disposable anal cleaning enema,observation group undergoingcleaning enemaby 14# disposable silicone sputum suction tube inserted into the rectum 20-25 cm by taken a low head high foot position left decubitus.The times of enema,the time of enema,the total quantity of enema and the satisfactory degree of intestinal cleaning satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The use of disposable sputum aspirationsilicone tube for cleaning enema for elderly patients,can reduce the times of cleansing enema and enema gross,shorten the retention time,improve satisfaction on image department,so as to reduce the pain of patients,improve the enema clinical effect and work efficiency of nurses.
