摘要
通过对全国70所中职学校校长深度访谈,从校长的视角分析中职教师职业发展的困境,中职教师职业发展存在困境既有观念方面的滞后,也有制度、政策和机制上的障碍,需要制定教师职业生涯发展的激励政策,完善职教法规,健全教师职业生涯发展的政策保障体系。
Through in-depth interviews with 70 principals of secondary vocational schools, and analysis of the predicament of secondary vocational school teachers' professional development from the perspective of the principal, the research think that the predicament of secondary vocational school teachers' professional development is not only has the concept lag, but also has the barriers in institutions, policies and mechanisms. Need to develop the teacher's career development incentive policies, improve the vocational education laws and regulations, improve the teacher's career development policy support system.
