黑龙江省冰雪研究生培养创新实践示范基地体系的构建

冰雪研究生的创新培养应该依托于实践基地,而基地的体系建设是冰雪高级人才实践培养的前提。通过文献分析、实地调查及逻辑分析等研究方法,对黑龙江省冰雪研究生培养的创新实践示范基地体系构建进行研究,认为实践示范基地应该按照冰雪运动的发展布局和冰雪人才需求,以实践示范基地的内涵判断为建设起点,形成人才培养目标,构建冰雪研究生培养示范基地的具体管理职能,并进行实践基地的制度化建设。改革现有冰雪研究生培养的模式,保证冰雪研究生的人才培养质量,以实现创新型高端体育人才对社会作用的最大产出。

Innovation cultivation of ice and snow postgraduate should rely on the practice base, the system construction of the base is the premise of the practice training to ice and snow senior talents. With literature analysis, field survey and logical analysis and so on, construction on the system of innovation practice demonstration base of ice and snow postgraduate training in heilongjiang province has been studied. The paper thinks that it should in accordance with the development of ice and snow sports and the demand for talents, based on the connotation of the demonstration base as the construction starting point, form targets of personnel training objectives, construct the specific management functions of demonstration base of ice and snow postgraduate training, and institutional construction of practice base. Reform the current training mode of postgraduate, guarantee the quality of ice and snow postgraduate training, in order to realize the innovative high-end sports talents for the maximum output of social function.
