基于辽宁中部跨区域水量应急调度方案的探讨

Discussion on Emergency Dispatching Scheme of Cross Region Water Quantity in Middle Liaoning

跨区域的水量应急调度是减少区域严重干旱及其他不可预见的供水危机带来的灾害和损失的有效措施。文章分析了辽宁中部区域实施应急调水的可能性,制定应急调水原则,确定应急调水对象,论证了合理的调水线路,提出辽宁中部地区的7个城市、5个大型灌区和双台河口国家级自然保护区的水量应急调度方案。

Water quantity emergency dispatching crossing the regions is an effective measure to reduce disasters and losses produced by the regional drought and other contingency water supply crisis. The possibility of emergency water diversion object in middle Liaoning was analyzed in the paper, carrying out the principle of emergency water diversion, determining the object of emergency water diversion, discussing reasonable water diversion line, and the emergency dispatching scheme about seven cities, five large irrigation areas and Shuangtai river mouth national natural protective zone located in middle Liaoning province is put forward.
