摘要
研究了利用鸟粪石沉淀法从污泥碱性发酵液中回收氮磷的影响因素。结果表明,室温下,将浓缩污泥碱性发酵,发酵液中含有大量的SCOD,NH_4^+-N,PO_4^(3-)-P。最佳实验条件为以MgSO_4·7H_2O为镁源,投加方式为间歇投加,p H值为9.25,Mg^(2+):PO_4^(3-)-P摩尔比为1.2∶1,搅拌30 min。NH_4^+-N和PO_4^(3-)-P的回收率分别达到53.3%和97.63%。
Abstract:The influential factors of the nitrogen and phosphorus recovery from sludge alkaline fermentation liquid using struvite precipitation process were researched. The results showed that the fermentation liquid contains a lot of SCOD,NH4+-N, PO3/4-P at room temperature. The optimum experimental conditions was using MgSO4·7H20 as magnesium source, adding method was intermittent dosing, pH value was 9.25, molar ratio of Mg2+ and PO3/4-P was 1.2:1, stirring time was 30min. Recovery rate of NH4+-N and PO4/3-P was reached 53.3% and 97.63% resoectively.
