摘要 进行AB-8和D-280大孔吸附树脂分离提纯冬虫夏草多糖的研究,确定AB-8大孔吸附树脂处理冬虫夏草浸出液时的吸附特性,洗脱液用D-280大孔吸附树脂进行脱色处理。研究结果表明:当用AB-8大孔吸附树脂处理浓度为2.0 mg/m L的冬虫夏草原液200 m L,上样液的p H为6,多糖渗滤液的流速为0.8 m L/min,得多糖246.4 mg,再经D-280大孔吸附树脂进行脱色处理,最后得到冬虫夏草多糖207.1 mg。 The separation and purification of Cordyceps sinensis polysaccharide by AB-8 and D-280 macroporous adsorption resin were researched, confirmed the adsorption characteristics when used AB-8macroporous adsorption resin to deal with Cordyceps sinensis leachate, and the eluent was decolored and processed by D-280 macroporous adsorption resin. The results showed that when used AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin to deal with 200 m L concentration of 2.0 mg/m L of Cordyceps sinensis liquid, the p H of sample solution was 6, the flow velocity of polysaccharide leachate was 0.8m L/min, got 246.4 mg polysaccharide,which was decolored and processed by D-280 macroporous adsorption resin, finally got 207.1 mg Cordyceps sinensis polysaccharide.
