摘要
以人参、茉莉花茶、枸杞子、干制红枣、甘草、罗汉果、菊花、白砂糖为原料,经清洗、提取、浓缩、制粒、干燥、分装等生产工艺制成人参八宝茶。此项研究确定了八宝茶的生产工艺,人参的最佳提取工艺和产品最佳配方,为人参食品产业增添了新品种。
Ginseng, jasmine tea, medlar, dried dates, licorice, mangosteen, chrysanthemum,sugar as raw material, after cleaning, extraction, concentration, granulating, drying, packing and other production processes to make ginseng eight treasures tea. This study determined the production technology of eight treasures tea, the optimum extraction process of ginseng and the best product formulations, then added new varieties for ginseng food industry.
