摘要
通过试验建立了一种用气相色谱法快速测定鲜牛乳中甲醛含量的方法。该方法用乙腈配制的2,4-二硝基苯肼溶液对样品进行处理,再用正己烷萃取,最后用气相色谱法检测甲醛含量。该方法回收率为94.0%~105.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于4.31%,检测准确性高,且操作简单便捷,高速高效,因此便于推广应用。
The method was established for rapid detection the formaldehyde content in fresh milk by chromatography. Pretreatment the sample in the 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine acetonitrile solution, and extracted with hexane, detected by gas chromatography. The recycle rate of this method and the relative standard deviation(RSD) were 94.0 %-105.4 %,and less then 4.31 %. The method was accurate, convenient operation high speed and high efficincy. Therefore, it is easy to be spread to practical use.
