摘要 盐地碱蓬耐盐菌作为一种植物内生极端微生物资源,具有许多其他生物所没有的生理特性,有重要研究和利用价值。综述现有研究发现的耐盐菌株种类,探讨碱蓬耐盐菌耐盐机制,介绍耐盐菌在食品工业等应用中的广泛用途,对嗜盐菌资源的深入研究和合理开发利用提供参考。 Halophilicbacteria are a kind of microbe which colonize in the tissue of the Suaeda salsa L, and establish harmonious union relations with plants. As the novel microbial resource,halophilicbacteriahave a number of unique physical properties and have important research and prospects value. This review summarizes the Halophilicbacteria species of the Suaeda salsa L. and their molecular mechanisms of salt-tolerance and discussed the prospects of the application especially in food industry.
