基于RFID技术的肉牛养殖追溯系统建立

针对在食品安全肉牛养殖环节质量安全追溯存在的问题,结合肉牛养殖特点,基于RFID(无线射频,radio frequency identifi cation)技术改进设计构建肉牛质量安全追溯信息系统。该系统解决肉牛养殖质量安全追溯过程中关键信息的编码问题,具有成本低,扩展性强的特点。通过实地运行,表明该追溯体系运行情况良好,为肉牛养殖质量安全追溯体系的构建提供了平台支撑。

For safety traceability in the food safety aspects of quality beef cattle breeding problems combined with cattle breeding, this paper designed and constructed to improve the quality of beef safety traceability RFID technology-based information systems. The system solves the quality and safety of beef cattle traceability coding problems during the critical information, low cost, scalability and strong features. Running through the field,indicating that the traceability system is running well, for the construction of cattle breeding quality and safety traceability system provides a platform support.
