以QTZ80塔机为例,通过理论计算和有限元非线性计算两种方法,得到塔身在考虑大变形与不考虑大变形条件下的水平静位移ΔL,为塔式起重机的结构设计提供参考。
As the main force components of tower crane. The static displacement ΔL must meet the requirements of national standard. Take the tip tower crane QTZ80(T6012-6) for example, by means of theoretical calculations and finite element nonlinear calculation. We obtain the tower crane considering large deformation and displacement without considering large deformation static displacement ΔL, to provide reference for the structural design of the tower crane.
