改性BN陶瓷粉体对ZL101耐磨性能影响的研究

摘要 研究了改性陶瓷粉体BN不同加入量对ZL101合金耐磨性能的影响.试验结果表明,BN粉体的加入使得ZL101合金的耐磨性能提高,随着粉体加入量的增加,合金的耐磨性先增加后减小,摩擦机制改变,形成三体摩擦.加入量为0.1%时性能提高最为显著,失重率由0.48%下降到0.33%,布氏硬度由HBW 78提高到HBW 93,提高了19.2%. The effects of different additions of modified ceramic powder BN on the wear resistance of ZL101 alloy have been studied. The results show that, the wear resistance of ZL101 alloy has been improved by the addition of BN powder. With the increase of the amount of powder, the wear resistance of the alloy increases at first and then decreases. The friction mechanism changed to form the three-body friction. When the powder was added in an amount of 0.1%, the properties of the alloy were the most significant. The weight loss rate decreased from 0.48% to 0.33%, the Brinell hardness increased from HBW 78 to HBW 93, which increased by 19.2%.
