摘要
汽车用材质为QT600-3的进气侧平衡轴在磨外圆工艺后批量出现周向开裂现象.对平衡轴的开裂区域进行了宏观、微观、硬度及残余应力等分析.结果表明,平衡轴的开裂与磨削工艺控制不当有关.
Batch intake side balance shaft of QT600-3 for automobile appears circumferential cracking phenomenon after cylindrical grinding process. Macro-and micro-examination, hardness and residual stress analysis were conducted to reveal the cause of cracking. The results show that cracking of the balance shaft relate to inappropriate grinding process.
