摘要
分析了影响球墨铸铁铸件加工性能的主要因素:化学成分、碳化物、生产中出现的孕育衰退和热处理.针对这四个主要影响因素,通过严格控制化学成分,选用优质的生铁和废钢,调整工艺设计,使用长效孕育剂,出铁后有效清渣并快速浇注,采用合适的热处理的工艺,最终可改善球墨铸铁加工性能.
The main factors that affect the processing performance of ductile iron castings, including chemical composition, carbide, and inoculation decline and heat treatment in production have been analyzed. Aiming at these four main influencing factors, the machining performance of ductile cast iron has been improved through strict control of chemical composition, selection of high quality pig iron and steel scrap, adjusting the process design, using long acting inoculation agent, effective slag cleaning and quick casting after tapping, and adopting proper heat treatment process.
