摘要
本文从外部经营和内部管理,剖析怡中航空成为香港机场最大的第三方航空地面服务代理的重要因素,并就其面临的人力成本提高、代理协议压低服务费以及与内地航空竞争的发展困局,提出对应的解决方案。
This paper analyzes the reasons how JAS could become the largest third party ground service agent in Hong Kong airport from its external operation and internal management,and then offers some corresponding solutions to the problems which JAS has encountered.These problems include the increasing of labor costs,decreasing of service charges and competition from domestic aviation industry.
