民航卓越法务人才培养路径刍议——以中国民航大学法学院为例

Discussion of Methods of Developing Excellent Civil Aviation Legal Talents

教育部"卓越法律人才教育培养计划"旨在培养具备深厚的法律知识、法律实务技能和职业素养的高端人才,改革传统法学教学中实践教学环节薄弱、法律职业素养整体较低等缺陷。民航类高校的法学教育应强化法律人才培养工作与民航法律实务工作的高度融合,改革人才培养模式,创新实践教学环节,创建航空法学专业教师团队,切实提高学生航空法律诠释能力、推理能力、论证能力以及探知航空法律实务的能力。

In order to cultivate excellent talents with profound legal knowledge,practical legal skills and professional accomplishment,the Ministry of Education in China implements ＇Excellent Legal Talents Training Plan＇ to improve the situation of lack of practical teaching and low quality of legal professional skills currently.As a civil aviation university,the education of legal science should be put much focus on the intergration of enhancing talents training and practical work relating to aviation industry.And the university should reform talents training method and innovate practical teaching segment to improve students＇ ability of legal hermeneutics,legal reasoning,legal argumentation and exploring legal facts so as to develop much more interdisciplinary talents for aviation industry.
