摘要
对国内最大的红土镍矿烧结生产线中的烟气处理风机的运行状况进行了现场测试分析,梳理了"三机一塔"湿法脱硫工艺中三台主抽风机和一台脱硫增压风机在运行、操作、调节和控制过程中存在的主要问题,即原脱硫系统设计参数小于现场烟气参数。基于此,提出了4种解决问题的工艺方案,进行了对比分析,明确了对主抽风机和脱硫增压风机采用"引增合一"进行改造是解决存在问题的首选方案。
The running condition of the gas draft fans of the largest production-line in laterite nickel has been tested. The main problems in these fans running, operation,production and control show design parameters in the desulphurization system is less than the flue gas parameters in operation. 4 kinds of technological transformation methods are put forward.After studying and comparing these methods, the preferred result is an incorporation of induced draft blower and the booster fan.
