摘要
以唐山曹妃甸工业区纳潮河2号大桥高桩承台的施工为例,介绍了浅海深水区高桩承台钢吊箱围堰施工工艺,对钢吊箱拼装、整体下放、封底混凝土浇注及承重体系的两次转换进行了详细的阐述。该钢吊箱围堰施工技术已成功应用于纳潮河2号大桥承台的施工中。实践表明,该施工工艺操作简便、安全可靠,对类似跨海或大河高桩承台的施工具有一定的借鉴价值。
Based on the construction of elevated footing on piles of Nachao river No. 2 bridge in Caofeidian industrial area in Tangshan,this paper introduced the construction of steel case cofferdamon the elevated footing on piles in deep water at seafront. The assembling and overall lowering of steel case cofferdam,the sealing concrete cast and the two transfers ofload-bearing systemwere demonstrated. The successful application of this technology to the construction of the pile platformof Nachao river No. 2 bridge demonstrates that this construction technology is convenient,safe and reliable. It may be used in the similar elevated footing on piles engineering across river or sea.
