肝功能检查在评估肝储备功能方面的临床应用分析

Clinical application of liver function test in evaluating the liver reserve function

目的:分析肝功能检查在评估肝储备功能方面的临床价值.方法:选取2013-03/2014-03我院收治的肝病患者86例作为研究对象,将肝功能恢复不全的患者设为研究组(n=46),将肝功能恢复正常的患者设为对照组(n=40),两组患者治疗前均行肝功能检查,对两组患者的检查结果进行统计对比.结果:研究组的TB值为(13.18±2.15)μmol/L,低于对照组的(18.89±4.32)μmol/L;研究组的PA值为(0.28±0.06)g/L,高于对照组的(0.14±0.03)g/L;研究组的γ-GT值为(71.27±4.32)U/L,低于对照组的(108.45±8.34)U/L,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:治疗前行肝功能检查,可直接判断患者是否有低白蛋白及高总胆红素,对评估患者肝储备功能有重要的临床价值.

AIM： To analyze the clinical value of liver function tests in the assessment of liver reserve function. METHODS： A total of 86 cases of patients with liver disease admitted into our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 as the research object,46 cases of patients with liver function recovery as the research group,40 cases of patients with liver function as the control group,two groups of patients with liver function tests,the results of two groups of patients were statistically compared. RESULTS：The TB value of the research group was（ 13.18± 2.15） μmol / L,lower than the control group＇s（ 18. 89 ± 4. 32） μmol / L; the PA value of the research group was（ 0. 28 ± 0. 06） g / L,higher than the control group＇s（ 0.14 ± 0. 03） g / L,and the γ-GT value of the research group was（ 71.27±4.32） U / L,while that of the control group was（ 108. 45 ± 8. 34） U / L,which was higher than the research group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION： Liver function test before the treatment,can directly determine whether patients with low albumin or high total bilirubin,which has important clinical value.
