Application of Yokkgawa CENTUM VP System to PBT Plants

该文即对此控制系统在PBT装置上应用的硬件配置及典型控制回路的组态进行介绍,并对该装置的工艺流程进行简单介绍。装置投运至今,该通信稳定可靠,满足了工艺的控制要求。该文针对横河CENTUM VP系统在我公司聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)装置的应用情况,简单介绍了该装置的工艺流程及配套横河CENTUM VP的系统配置,并结合该装置的特点,阐述该装置主要的控制程序方案。

In this paper, the hardware configuration of the control system on the PBT device and the configuration of the typical control loop are introduced, and the process flow of the device is introduced briefly. The unit is put into operation so far,the communication is stable and reliable, meet process control requirements.Base on the application of Yokogawa CENTUM VP system on PBT plant of Fujian Meizhouwan Chlor-Alkali Industry Co., Ltd., a brief introduction on this PBT plant technical process and system configuration of the matched Yokogawa CENTUM VP was conducted, together with main process control plan for PBT plant on combination of its special features.
