摘要
采购管理是EPC管理工作中一个十分重要的环节,设备/材料采购管理中的监造工作与总承包项目工程进度、质量的管控息息相关,它是实现和保证设计期望的现场见证和监督的关键。然而,设备/材料采购往往与设备/材料的监造脱节,加强采购过程中设备/材料的监造管理显得很有必要。针对EPC工程总承包项目中设备采购及监造环节中存在的问题,进行了原因分析,并提出一些解决办法。旨在提高总承包项目的采购管理水平,可供类似工程项目参考。
Purchasing management is a very important link in the EPC management,equipment(materials)supervision service of purchasing management and general contracting project construction schedule,quality control,it is the realization and the key of design the desired site witness and supervision.Purchasing equipment(materials),however,often disconnected with the equipment(materials)supervision,strengthen the equipment(materials)in the process of purchasing supervisor management is very necessary.For EPC project general contracting of equipment procurement and the problems existing in the supervision link,analyzed the reasons,and puts forward some solutions.Aims to improve the level of general contracting project procurement management,to provide a reference for the similar engineering project.
