该文介绍了近年来实验室普遍使用的两款测量接收机:惠普公司的HP8902A以及Agilent公司生产的N5531S。分别对两款测量接收机的工作原理、性能和优缺点进行阐述,还针对校准中测量不确定度的分析与评定做了详细论述。
The paper introduces two measuring receivers which are widely used in labs in recent years, HP8902A manufactured by HP Company and N5531S manufactured by Agilent Company. The paper describes the operating principles performance, superiorities and short comings of the two measuring receivers,furthermore,the paper describes in detail the analysisand evaluation of their uncertainties caused by the process of calibration.
