摘要
在高职教育的发展中,师资队伍的水平至关重要,直接决定了高职教育的质量。随着社会的发展和技术的革新,高职教师也需要不断地提高自身的职业能力,以满足社会对新一代高职人才的培养需求。该文分析了高职教师的职业能力内涵,并根据调研结果,发现高职教师职业能力培养过程中存在着教师职业倦怠感和提升机制两方面的瓶颈,进而提出提升高职教师职业能力需要从提高教师的自身发展意识、完善培养政策体系和管理措施两方面采取措施。
In the development of higher vocational education, teachers play a very important role,which directly determines the quality of higher vocational education.With the development of technology,higher vocational teachers also need to improve their professional ability,to meet the needs of the new Higher Vocational education.This paper analyzes the connotation of vocational teachers'professional ability.According to the survey results,it is found that there are two bottlenecks in the process of vocational ability training of higher vocational teachers.This paper puts forward the measures to improve the professional ability of higher vocational teachers in two ways:improving the teachers'development consciousness,improving the training system and management measures.
