儿童意外伤害的特征与影响因素分析

Analysis on Research trait and influence factors of Childhood Unintentional Injury

目的研究国内儿童意外伤害的现状及影响因素,为减少和规避儿童意外伤害的发生提供参考建议。方法运用内容分析法,对国内2010—2015年发表的534篇儿童意外伤害研究文献进行综合分析。结果儿童意外伤害男高于女,家是儿童伤害的多发地,且儿童意外伤害的影响因素与儿童自身、家庭和社会有关。结论儿童意外伤害的特征明显,影响因素较多,预防与控制是一项长期、复杂的系统工程,需要全社会的共同参与,相互配合,以是降低儿童意外伤害的发生。

Objective Research the current situation and influencing factors of domestic childhood unintentional injury , in order to provide the reference suggestions of reducing and avoiding the childhood unintentional injury. Methods Using the content analysis method, to 534 papers published in the 2010 - 2015 domestic childhood unintentional injury to make comprchensive analysis of research literatures. Results Boys are more likely to happcning accidents than girls, home is where the occurrence of harm to the child the most, and the influencing factors of children＇s accidental injury related to children themselves, family and society.Conclusion Obvious traits of children＇s accident harm,more influencing factors, prevention and control is a long-- term and complicated system engineering,needs the participation of the whole socicty,mutual cooperation, to is to rcducc children＇s accidental injury.
