摘要
客改货以较低的购机成本与改装费用赢得了货运航空公司的青睐,主货舱门口框结构设计是改装包中的难点之一,口框结构涉及客机机身结构的拆卸、机身开口加强、货舱门口框与客机机身的连接、货舱门口框与客机机身的装配协调等问题,需满足口框结构的刚度及疲劳设计要求。通过对多种机型的研究,对口框货舱门的布置数量、口框构型等方面进行分析,提出了相应的建议和措施。
The most airlines like the passenger to freighter（PTF）for the lower second--hand plane cost and conversion cost.The main deck cargo（MDCD）door surrounding structure is one difficulty in PTF process, refer to fuselage structure removed,fuselage cutout reinforcement,door and door surrounding structure connection,door surrounding structure and aircraft fuselage assembly coordination etc aspect.Need to meet the requirements of the stiffness and fatigue of the surrounding structure.Through the study of a variety of models,analyzing on door quantity,door surrounding structure configuration etc.,corresponding suggestions and measures are put forward.
