高强度间歇运动在高血压治疗中的应用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 传统的观点认为在高血压运动干预治疗中宜采用中低强度。但最近的研究成果对较大强度运动在高血压运动干预治疗中有了很多新的认识。利用文献资料法分析近年来公开发表的研究论文,重点综述高强度间歇运动与中低强度运动在治疗高血压的干预效果,以及高强度间歇运动在治疗高血压治疗中的干预机制。研究结果发现高强度的间歇运动的治疗具有很好的干预效果。初步确定高强度间歇运动在高血压治疗中也应该具有广阔的应用前景。
