运动表象训练对乒乓球初学者技能操作影响的实验研究

摘要 该研究以年龄在10~13岁乒乓球初学者为研究对象,教练员运用运动表象训练法和传统训练法分别对实验组和对照组进行正手攻球、反手攻球教学实验。教学实验结束后对两组的训练结果进行分析和研究对比得出以下结论:在针对儿童乒乓球初学者的教学训练当中运用运动表象训练更能发挥学生的主观能动性,最大程度地激发训练动机,提升学生兴趣,增强自信心,提高训练效率。教练员运用运动表象训练对初学者技能操作的掌握有明显的促进作用,比常规训练更具有稳定性,能提高教学训练效果,促进技能的形成。 This study with age in 10~13 years old table tennis beginners as the research object and coaches to use motor imagery training method and the traditional training method respectively, the experimental group and the control group of forehand attack,backhand teaching experiment.After the end of the experiment teaching of two groups of training results are comparative analysis and research draws the following conclusions:in the teaching and training for children's table tennis beginners using motor imagery training can give full play to students' subjective initiative,the greatest degree of motivation training, enhance students' interest,enhance self-confidence,improve training efficiency.The use of motor imagery training for beginners to master the skills of the operation of the master has a clear role in promoting more stability than the conventional training, can improve the effectiveness of teaching and training,and promote the formation of skills.
