摘要
目的探索当前卫生行业发展中存在许多矛盾的根源,并寻求解决办法。方法通过文献研究,咨询专家和学者的意见,并联系工作实际,总结北京协和医院近百年来文化建设的经验,分析问题并提出工作建议。结果医院文化建设首先要尊重自身历史,凝练并明确核心价值,结合社会发展开展文化建设,将文化建设与完善管理制度相结合。结论个体医院文化既要保持自身特色,又要相互学习;卫生行业要在依靠指标体系监管医疗机构的同时,重视文化建设,形成正确的卫生文化导向。
Objective Explore the causes of conflicts existing in the health industry development, and seek solutions.Methods Sum up the experience of the cultural construction of Peking Union Medical College Hospital in the past one hundred years, through literature researching, expert consultation, and actual work. Then analyze the problems and propose the suggestion. Results The hospital culture construction need all the staff respects their hospital history first, and then establish their own core values. Meanwhile it must depend on the social cultural development and combine with hospital management system construction. Conclusion Every hospital should not only maintain its own characteristic culture, but also to learn from each other; On one hand the health industry rely on the index system to supervise the medical institutions, on the other they must pay attention to the cultural construction, in order to form the correct health culture.
