摘要
当今社会,食品安全问题已经逐渐受到世界各国的关注,得到各个国家和政府的深度重视,特别是婴幼儿的食品安全问题更是重中之重,由于其影响着婴幼儿的身体健康,所以一直是国家相关部门重点研究和管理的问题。该研究就从婴幼儿食品安全风险防范与法律体系的构建为切入点,对此提出建议,希望能够进一步提升我国婴幼儿食品安全实际水平。
