职业卫生工作中存在的若干问题思考

目的探讨建设项目职业卫生工作过程中存在的问题及其解决方法。方法通过查阅相关文献,结合个人在职业卫生领域的实际工作经验,对职业卫生工作过程中存在的问题进行分析总结,提出解决方法。结果现场调查时基础资料与现场不一致,现场检测工况达不到要求,高温环境检测缺失,职业病危害程度界定较为笼统,职业健康监护报告质量参差不齐,职业病防护设施缺乏有效性检测是职业卫生工作过程中存在的主要问题。结论现场调查深入、仔细,与工艺人员充分沟通,开展职业病防护设施性能检测,加强职业健康监护机构监督管理可有效解决存在的问题。

Objective Consideration the problems and solutions existed in the working process of occupational health.Methods By consulting relevant literatures, combined with personal working experience in the field of occupational health,summaryand analysis the problems in the process of occupational health work, puts forward the solutions. Results Field survey basic datas not agreeing with the site, field detection conditions below the requirements, high temperature environment test missing, more general definition of occupational hazard degree,the occupational health examination eports of varing quality, occupational-disease-prevention facilities lack of effective detection are the main problems. Conclusion Field investigating in-depthly and carefully, fully communication with technology personnel, carrying out the performance tests of occupational-disease-prevention facilities, strengthening the supervision and administration of the occupational health surveillance institutions can effectively solve these problems.
