摘要
为提升耳鼻咽喉科护理满意度,以下提出强化护理人员对于护理规章制度的掌握程度、开展针对护理知识及护理制度的规范培训,完善相关考核制度、强化医疗安全护理以及科学布置与优化住院环境等护理管理策略,旨在通过一系列护理管理策略的实施,将护理投诉率、护理纠纷率降至最低,建立患者与护理人员的和谐互信关系,最大程度提升护理满意度。并在护理中充分体现人文关怀,在实施全面、专业的护理管理,强化护理质量的同时,促进医疗卫生系统的和谐发展,实现患者满意的最终目标。
To improve otolaryngology nursing satisfaction, this paper proposes strengthening nursing staff for the master degree, the development of nursing rules and regulations standard training of nursing knowledge and nursing system, perfecting the related appraisal system, strengthening medical safety care and scientific layout and optimize the environment of hospital nursing management strategy, through a series of nursing management strategy implementation, will be nursing complaints, nursing disputes rate fell to the lowest, building harmonious mutual trust relationship, patients and nursing staff,improve nursing satisfaction to the greatest extent. And fully embody the humanistic care in nursing, nursing management in the implementation of a comprehensive, professional, to strengthen the quality of care at the same time, promote the harmonious development of medical and health system, to achieve the ultimate goal of patient satisfaction.
