肿瘤科护理风险管理的现状与思考

Analysis of the Monitoring and Nursing Management of Nosocomial Infection in Department of Internal Medicine

目的对肿瘤科护理风险管理的现状进行分析,探讨提高风险管理的措施。方法 2014年5月—2015年5月期间,对该院肿瘤科实施风险管理的120例患者进行跟踪调查,对比风险管理前后患者的满意度。最后,分析当前风险管理中存在的问题,以及应该采取的措施。结果对肿瘤科的患者实施风险管理护理方案后,患者的满意度比之前明显提高,治疗效果明显。根据统计学原理,P<0.05。结论在肿瘤科护理中,采用风险管理方案进行治疗,使护理质量进一步提升,在临床上值得推广。

Objective To analyze the current situation of nursing risk management in oncology department, and to explore the measures to improve the risk management. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015, 120 patients with risk management in the Department of oncology in our hospital were investigated, and the satisfaction degree of patients were compared before and after the risk management. Finally, analyze the existing problems in the current risk management, and the measures that should be taken. Results After the implementation of risk management in the patients with cancer, the satisfaction of patients was significantly improved, and the treatment effect was obvious. According to the principle of statistics,P 0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of tumor, the risk management plan is used to improve the quality of nursing, which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
