5S管理在产科病房管理中的应用效果观察

Effect Observation of 5S Management in the Management of Obstetrics Ward

目的对5S管理在产科病房管理中的应用效果进行回顾性分析。方法选取2012年9月—2013年12月以及2014年2月—2015年8月时间段的产科病房患者各120例,对产科病房的管理效果进行评价。前者为常规组实施产科病房常规管理,后者为5S组在常规组管理模式的总结上实施产科病房5S管理。对两组产科病房患者的管理满意度进行统计对比,来判定5S管理的临床应用效果。结果 5S组产科病房患者的管理满意度为92.5%(111/120),高于常规组的80%(96/120),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 5S管理在产科病房的管理中,能够有效对患者的管理满意度进行提升,值得推广应用。

Objective To review the application effect of 5S management in the management of Obstetrics ward. Methods120 patients with obstetric ward in September 2012 ~2013, December, and August^2015 years in February 2014 were selected. The former is the routine management of the group, which is the 5S group in the conventional group management mode, the implementation of the 5S management of the maternity ward. The two groups of patients in the management of the patients with the management satisfaction, to determine the clinical application of 5S management. Results The satisfaction degree of the patients in the 5S group was 80%（111/120）, which was higher than that of the conventional group,92.5%（96/120）,P0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion 5S management in the management of the maternity ward, can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients, is worthy of popularization and application.
