摘要
目的探讨在该院护理人员培训中应用客观结构化临床考试的理念和框架,旨在提高护理人员的综合能力和服务水平。方法从该院39个职能科室中,每科随机抽取1名高级责任护士参与研究。将研究对象应用客观机构化考试培训前后的综合能力和考试成绩进行比较。结果研究对象应用客观结构化临床考试培训后的综合能及考试成绩显著提高,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理人员培训中应用客观结构化临床考试可以提高护理人员的综合能力,尤其是临床护理思维能力、病情观察评估能力、专业知识水平和应变处置能力,提高了培训效果,有助于护理服务质量的提高和可持续发展。
Objective To discuss the nursing personnel training, the application of objective structured clinical examination of the concept and framework, designed to improve the comprehensive ability of nursing staff and service levels. Methods39 in our department functions, every division randomly 1 senior nurse involved in research. Institutions to apply study objective examination before and after the training of comprehensive ability and result comparison. Results The object of study application of objective structured clinical examination after training of comprehensive ability and test scores improved significantly, the difference has statistical significance.(P0.05). Conclusion The nursing staff training in the application of objective structured clinical examination can improve the comprehensive ability of nursing staff, especially the clinical nursing thinking ability, observation evaluation ability, professional knowledge level and strain disposal ability, improve the training effect, helps to improve the quality of nursing service and sustainable development.
