层级整体模式在肾结石患者管理工作中的应用

Application of the Hierarchical Model in the Management of Patients with Renal Calculi

目的对层级整体模式在肾结石患者管理工作中的应用进行研究。方法选取该院收治的肾结石患者共96例,收治年限均在2013年7月—2015年2月之间,将96例肾结石患者通过抽号随机分成两组,每组各有患者48例。其中一组肾结石患者使用常规的护理模式,称为对照组;另一组肾结石患者则使用层级管理下的整体护理模式,称为观察组。将两组肾结石患者的护理满意度、住院时间和并发症发生率进行对比。结果观察组肾结石患者的护理满意度为93.75%,住院时间为(9.64±0.15)d,并发症发生率为4.17%,对照组患者的护理满意度为66.67%,住院时间为(22.16±3.18)d,并发症发生率率为20.83%,观察组三项指标均明显优于对照组肾结石患者(P<0.05)。结论在肾结石患者的管理工作之中,使用层级整体护理模式,可以有效提高患者的护理满意度,减少并发症的发生,加快患者的恢复速度,值得广泛推广使用。

Objective Research on the application of the hierarchical model in the management of patients with renal calculi. Methods A total of 96 patients from July 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital with renal calculi were selected, and96 cases of renal calculi patients were randomly divided into two groups by pumping number, each group had 48 cases. One group of patients with kidney stones using conventional nursing management mode, called the control group; the other group of patients with kidney stones using the level of management of the overall nursing model, known as the observation group.Then the two groups of patients with kidney stones in nursing satisfaction, length of hospital stay and the incidence of complications were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 93.75%, the length of hospital stay was（9.64±0.15） days, the complication rate was 4.17%, The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 66.67%, the length of hospital stay was（22.16±3.18） days, the incidence rate of complications was 20.83%, which was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion In the management of patients with kidney stones, the use of hierarchical management of the overall nursing model, can effectively improve the patient＇s satisfaction, reduce the occurrence of complications, accelerate the recovery of patients, it is worth widely recommended.
