目的研究探讨通过综合防控管理,防范和减少手术室护士职业性危害的发生率。方法对该院2013和2014年度手术室护士职业性危害的防控管理资料进行分析比较。结果经过综合防控管理,2014年度手术室护士职业性危害的发生率明显降低,护理质量显著提高。结论要重视手术室护士职业性危害的严重性,认真分析原因、查找根源、制定方案、严格管理、科学防控,能显著降低发生率、减少医疗差错、提高护理质量、构建医患和谐,有着积极而现实的意义。

Objective By investigating the comprehensive prevention and control management to prevent and reduce the incidence of occupational hazards of operating room nurses. Methods Analyze and compare the data of prevention and control management in occupational hazards of operating room nurse from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital. Results After a comprehensive prevention and control management, the incidence of occupational hazards in operating room nurse significantly lowered, the quality of care improved significantly. Conclusion To pay attention to the seriousness of the nurse occupational hazards in operating room, recognize and analyze the causes and find the source, develop programs, manage strictly, prevent and control scientifically. That can significantly reduce the incidence, minus medical errors, improve quality of care and build a harmonious relationship between doctor and patient. It has a positive and realistic significance.
