探究心胸外科轮转医生规范化培训带教的方法与效果

摘要 目的对心胸外科轮转医生规范化培训带教的方法以及效果进行进一步探究。方法以该院心胸外科2013年4月—2015年8月参加轮转医生培训的42名医生作为研究对象,根据培训带教方式的不同分为两组,21例观察组采用规范化培训带教模式,21例参照组采用常规培训带教模式,观察最终的学习效果。结果 1观察组轮转医生的理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩、平均成绩均显著高于参照组(t=3.32,3.56,3.05,P〈0.05);2观察组医生的一次性通过率为95.2%(20/21)显著高于参照组医生的66.7%(14/21)(χ^2=5.56,P〈0.05);3观察组医生各方面的评分均显著高于参照组,差异显著(P〈0.05)。结论心胸外科轮转医生规范化培训带教的效果显著,能够使心胸外科轮转医生的综合能力得到显著提高,同时还能提高培训以及带教的水平和能力。 Objective Cardiothoracic Surgery rotary doctors standardized training with teaching methods and further explore the effect. Methods Collected the attend the rotary training 42 doctors for the study in Court Cardiothoracic Surgery from April 2013 to August 2015,according to different teaching methods of training divided into two groups, 21 cases of observation group standardized training teaching mode, 21 cases of the reference group with conventional training teaching mode observe the ultimate learning. Results 1The study group cycle theory doctors test results, skills assessment results, the average scores were significantly higher than the reference group(t=3.32,3.56,3.05, P0.05); 2The doctor's time through the observation group was 95.2%(20/21) was significantly higher than 66.7% in the reference group of doctors(14/21)(χ~2=5.56,P0.05); 3Observed group of doctors in all aspects of rates were significantly higher than the reference group, the difference was significant(P0.05). Conclusion Cardiothoracic Surgery Rotation doctors standardized training with teaching effect is significant, enabling comprehensive ability of cardiothoracic surgery doctor's rotation has been significantly improved,while improving the level of training and competence as well as teaching.
