基层中医病案的质量管理分析

Quality Management of Medical Record in Basic Level

中医文化的重要载体即为中医病案,通过对基层中医病案的了解,可体现出我国中医特色的治疗手段及诊断方式,故在对我国的基层中医病案进行检查分析时,病案的质量及内涵是重中之重。随着中医文化的不断发展,对基层中医病案的质量应加强管理,对于病案的书写需规范,病案应有主诉、病史,相关主治医师的查房制度等。该研究就基层中医病案的质量管理展开了分析,首先阐明了我国目前中医病案的质量管理的现状,其次介绍了对应的解决措施。

The important carrier of Chinese traditional medicine is the medical record, and through the understanding of the basic level of Chinese medicine, it can reflect the characteristics of Chinese medicine treatment means and diagnostic methods. With the continuous development of the traditional Chinese culture, the basic traditional Chinese medical record quality should strengthen management, for the documentation of the medical record should be standardized, medical record should be complaints, history, related to the attending physician rounds system. The basic traditional Chinese medical record quality management is analyzed. First of all, to clarify the current status of quality management of medical records,followed by the introduction of the corresponding measures to solve the problems. Finally, I talk about some superficial views.
