人-机结合管理模式在高血压患者管理中的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Human- machine Combined Management Model in the Management of Patients with Hypertension

目的研究并探讨人机结合管理模式在高血压患者管理中的作用。方法于2014年1—12月选取50例高血压患者,将其设置为观察组;在2013年1—12月选取50例施行常规护理管理的高血压患者2014年1月起,我社区的高血压患者施行人机结合管理模式,将其设置为对照组。对比护理前、后的血压控制情况、自我效能评分,并对比其生活质量评分。结果与护理前相比,护理后两组患者的血压控制情况均得到显著改善(P<0.05),但观察组患者的改善程度更加显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理前、后的自我效能评分维持平稳水平,未出现显著的改变(P>0.05),而对照组患者护理后的自我效能评分相对于护理前出现显著降低(P<0.05)。观察组患者的生活质量总评分为(80.24±6.71)分,明显高于对照组的(67.82±6.03)分(P<0.05)。结论在社区高血压患者的管理中应用人机结合管理模式,具有重要的作用。

Objective To study and explore the role of human computer management in the management of patients with hypertension. Methods In January 2014, the patients with hypertension in our community were combined with human computer management mode, which 50 patients with hypertension were selected from January ~December in 2014;In January ~December2013, 50 patients with high blood pressure were selected from patients who underwent routine nursing management, and were set to the control group.The blood pressure control and self efficacy score were compared before and after nursing, and compared the quality of life of patients. Results The blood pressure control of the two groups were significantly improved（P0.05）, but the improvement of the patients in the observation group was more significant（P0.05）.Before and after the observation group, the self-efficacy scores remained stable, and there was no significant change（P0.05）, while the self efficacy scores of patients in control group were significantly lower than that of Nursing（P0.05）.The quality of life of the patients in the observation group was（80.24±6.71） scores, which was significantly higher than that in the control group of（67.82±6.03） scores（P0.05）. Conclusion In the management of patients with hypertension in community management,the application of human machine combined with management mode, has important role.
