摘要
糖尿病患者一旦确诊,临床护理和健康教育应贯穿治疗的始终。护理人员必须根据患者实际情况,建立完善的糖尿病教育管理,为患者提供生活方式干预和药物治疗的个体化护理,提高患者对糖尿病的认知水平,坚持科学系统的治疗,有效改善糖尿病患者的生活质量。要采取病情监测、心理护理、饮食护理、运动护理、皮肤和足部护理等非药物治疗护理,做好应用降糖药物的护理,使患者参与正常的工作、学习和生活。
