细节管理在神经内科重症监护病房中的应用观察

目的通过细节管理模式,将基础护理知识及操作技术相结合,将理论知识加以拓展并转移到高质量的护理实践中。方法该院自2012年5月1日起在神经内科重症监护病房中实施细节管理措施,将护理工作进行细化、制度化,比较实施细节管理措施前后的护理质量。结果在神经内科重症监护病房中实施细节管理措施后的护理文书质量(93.43±4.52)分、安全防护水平(93.43±4.52)分、护理操作评分(95.42±3.42)分、护理工作满意度(94.37±3.53)分、患者护理满意度(90.35±3.53)分、病房管理评分(92.53±4.25)分、理论知识评分(93.25±5.64)分等护理工作质量评分明显优于实施细节管理前(P<0.05)。结论细节管理有助于提高护理质量,提高科室护理水平。

Objective Detail management mode, the basic nursing knowledge and technique combine theoretical knowledge to expand and move to high-quality nursing practice. Methods The hospital implementation since May 1, 2012 in the neurological intensive care unit in the details of management measures will be refined care, institutionalization, compare the quality of care the details of the implementation of management measures before and after. Results Quality of care instrument to implement the details of management measures in neurological intensive care unit after（93.43±4.52） points, the security level（93.43 ±4.52） points, nursing score（95.42 ±3.42） points, the nursing job satisfaction（94.37 ±3.53） points, patient care satisfaction（90.35 ±3.53） points, ward management score（92.53 ±4.25） points, the theoretical knowledge score（93.25 ±5.64） grading the quality of care score was significantly better than the implementation details of the management before（P0.05）. Conclusion The details of management can help improve the quality of care, improve the level of care departments.
