风险管理是一种科学的风险防控模式,其广泛应用于各行业质量控制管理中,其在医疗单位的应用也逐渐广泛。胸外科住院患者大多病情复杂,其中不乏危重病人,需要护理人员密切监测患者病情变化,灵活处理各类突发情况,其护理难度极大,护理风险也较高,必须合理进行风险管理。当前,胸外科护理风险管理应用逐渐广泛,相关文献逐渐增多,其对于护理风险的防控效果较为肯定。为此,该文基于风险管理理念和护理风险管理实践经验,对护理风险进行预测与识别,并总结了一系列风险管理方法,旨在提升护理风险管理成效。

Risk management is a scientific risk control mode, its widely used in various industries in the quality control management, its widely application in medical units. Disease mostly complex, hospitalized patients with thoracic surgery, including the critically ill patient need to closely monitor patients nursing condition changes, flexible processing all kinds of emergency, are extremely hard and its nursing, nursing risk is higher, and therefore must be reasonable for risk management. At present, the application and thoracic surgery nursing risk management becomes increasingly extensive, related literature gradually increased, its for nursing risk prevention and control effect is sure. For this reason, this article is based on risk management idea and experience of nursing risk management, the nursing risk prediction and recognition, and summarizes a series of risk management method, aimed at enhancing the nursing risk management results.
